As a Pinnacle Bulk Driver, you will provide propane delivery to residential and commercial locations in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining awareness of customer satisfaction and public safety. You will maintain positive working relationships with all customers by being dependable and reliable and ensure that Pinnacle Propane safety standards are met and will oversee truck maintenance to verify that hazards are avoided.

I am a customer care representative
As a Pinnacle Propane Customer Care Representative (CCR), you will handle all day-to-day front office activities at our service centers. All CCRs work closely with the Customer Care Supervisor to ensure satisfactory service to all customers. Your priority is efficient and effective execution of administrative tasks in the front office, as well as communicating with customers whether that means taking complaints, offering solutions or resolving inquiries.
