Pinnacle & United Propane Join Forces

Two little things will change as part of the transition from United Propane to Pinnacle:

New Banking Conditions

This means that as of August 1st, to ensure your payments are applied to your account in timely fashion, we ask you:
1) If paying by check, to send your payments to the below address: Pinnacle Propane, LLC PO Box 801167 Kansas City, MO 64180-1167

New Customer ID

Second, you will have a new customer ID number which will appear on your next statement. As such, if you pay by credit card, you will need to provide your new customer ID when making a payment.
